Terms & Conditions
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is entirely FREE for all orders across AUSTRALIA. Yes, we don’t charge more if you live in a regional area – you get free shipping just like our metro-loving friends.
We do ship out of Australia. Contact us with details about the print you’d like to order and where you’d like it shipped to. That way, we can get a quote for you and get that artwork over to you ASAP.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Australia Post to deliver all of our parcels, and you will be supplied with a tracking number so that you can keep track of your delivery. Please ensure you include delivery instructions for your parcel if you are not home, as Australia Post won’t leave parcels unattended unless you have provided approval to do so.
How long does delivery take?
From the moment you click ‘order,’ it usually takes about 3-8 business days for delivery, depending on exactly where you live. If you’re wondering about your order’s status, we will supply you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for deliveries to regional areas?
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives and the packaging or the print is obviously and significantly damaged, please take a photo. Please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice that your print is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at email@example.com or call us on 0413 440 173 and we will replace it free of charge and without delay.
