How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is entirely FREE for all orders across AUSTRALIA that equal a total spend of $45.00 or more. Yes, we don’t charge more if you live in a regional area – you get free shipping, just like our metro-loving friends.

We charge a flat rate of $30.00 for all International orders.

Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Australia Post to deliver all of our parcels, and you will be supplied with a tracking number so that you can keep track of your delivery. Please ensure you include delivery instructions for your parcel if you are not home, as Australia Post won’t leave packages unattended unless you have provided approval.

How long does delivery take?
From the moment you click ‘order,’ it usually takes about 3-8 business days for Australian deliveries, depending on exactly where you live. If you’re wondering about your order’s status, we will supply you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for deliveries to regional areas.

Please allow additional time for all International deliveries.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods
Please take a photo if your order arrives, and the packaging or the print is obviously and significantly damaged. Please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you notice that your print is damaged after it has been delivered, please get in touch with us within three days of receipt at contactme@racheldulson.com.au or call us on 0413 440 173, and we will replace it free of charge and without delay.

Privacy Policy
Our policy is to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://www.racheldulson.com.au.

We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide a service to you. We collect it with your knowledge and consent by fair and lawful means.

This policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, to the extent applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). “Personal information” is the information we hold which is identifiable as being about you. Your privacy is important to us. We will keep all your information private and never share such data with third parties for purposes such as marketing lists.

We take website privacy and security very seriously, and our site is hosted over a VPN and secure HTTPS host.

We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to enable online transactions. We are obliged to store records of transactions by Australian Law for tax purposes. No payment information (i.e. credit card numbers/details) is stored or processed by us at any time. We use the secure and PCI-compliant Stripe payment gateway for credit card transactions.

If you would like us to remove your account/data, we are happy to whilst remaining compliant with our tax/legal obligations. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you want to request your data’s removal.

Google Analytics is used to monitor server traffic which helps us further develop our website and services.

We will never sign you up for anything without your express consent.
